2. The audience may be asked to make eye contact with the performer and other audience members.
3. No audience members are asked to get on stage or to participate in any way other than being spoken to directly and conversationally by the performer.
4. There is also a description of the effects of the medication used in cancer treatment on the mental and physical well-being of a person.
5. It also contains the tying of a noose live on stage and the cutting of that noose with an axe.
6. The show contains images of a dancer convulsing and gasping for breath.
