Challenge One: Make your antlers
You will need: An old head band, 2 cable ties, cardboard, pencil, pen, scissors, sticky tape.

While you make your antlers you could find a name & character for your deer. Some questions to ask might be..
How old are they? What do they like to eat? What mood are they in? What makes them happy? What makes them sad?

Challenge Three: Take your deer characters on a treasure hunt.
Frolick in the woods, play hide & seek in the trees & collect the following & keep them safe:
An Oak leaf,
A Beech Nut
A twig from an Ash tree
A feather

Challenge Four: The magic trick
Place the leaves, stick & feathers in a dish & place it in the oven when you get home. Turn oven on & tell kids to go play.
***Without being seen by your children***
Take dish out & replace with pastry & apples (your own or one of these recipes- you can buy ingredients on your way to/from the woods).
