Hobbit’s Teaching Experience

Hobbit has 17 years teaching experience, working with adults and children of all ages and abilities. With a background in Early Years Care and Education she has taught acrobatics, handstands and circus skills all over Europe and Central Asia, in nurseries, schools and orphanages.

She was also heavily involved in the European Cultural Exchange, Social Circus Project; Educircation, which recognises the importance of compassionate human interaction and connection when working with vulnerable groups. Circus is proving an extraordinarily useful tool for this, particularly when engaging with groups such as psychiatric patients, disabled groups and children.

Stage Presence

With an introduction to The West End stage at an early age, Hobbit also developed an interest in stage presence and performance. She teaches stage presence courses for performers of all kinds; helping them to build a deeper connection to themselves and their audience.
